The Omnitool

One tool, three modes: enchants, crystals, perks, abilities, and prestige.

The omnitool is the spine of Skyblock progression. It is one item with three modes — pickaxe, hoe and sword — and it carries everything you invest in it across all of them.

Enchants

Custom enchants are the main money sink. Every omnitool enchant is bought with either orbs or shards, so those two currencies are what your grind is really converting into power.

Enchants are per-mode. Levelling a sword enchant does nothing for your hoe, which is why players who spread themselves across all three skills progress more slowly on each than someone who commits.

Crystals

Crystals slot into the tool and boost it further. The universal Tool Crystals — Orb Boost, Shard Boost and Money Boost — work whatever mode you are in.

Perks and attributes

Perks are rolled rather than bought, and you can filter what you are rolling for. Attributes are the other per-tool upgrade track. Both live in the omnitool menu alongside the enchant list.

Abilities

Abilities are the flashy procs: Lucky Block, Booster and Fireball. Each is available on the hoe and on the sword, and they fire at a listed rate while you work. Fireball wipes the mob stack it lands on and pays out its full drops.

Prestige

Prestige is the long game.

/prestige Prestige status, cost, and the button itself

The requirement: every enchant on all three tool types at max level. Credit Hunter is excluded and does not count towards it.

What resets: enchant levels only, back to their defaults. Your tool level, sections, perks, crystals and attributes are untouched, and you keep every currency.

What you get:

  • One prestige point per prestige.
  • A +5% earn rate on money, orbs and shards per prestige, stacking additively. Credits and gems are premium and are never boosted.
  • A chat tag that restyles itself at prestige 10 and 25.

The cost: every enchant price goes up by 20% per prestige. That is the treadmill — each loop is more expensive than the last, and each loop earns faster than the last.

Because prices scale and currencies do not reset, the standard play is to save enough to fully re-max before you press the button rather than after. The prestige menu shows you the bill for the next loop, not the current one, so the number you are looking at is the decision you are actually making.
